Purchasers receive reasonable best-effort email support for the Version 1 product cycle. We aim to provide an initial response within two UK working days. This is a service target rather than a guaranteed resolution time.

Purchases and billing
Our downloadable products are sold through Paddle, which acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts and eligible refunds.
